Timings may differ as we are dealing with regular postal mail in most case ( i.e. paper, letterboxes, postal guys & delivery times etc.)
How to sign-up? Simple - we want you to get started with your mailing/business address as fast as possible: You can sign-up directly by yourself by choosing the plans on this site. This will keep your information & credit card information secure.
We are a long term and experienced provider in the market. Our mailbox locations are as safe as they get. The location provider manage access to the pick-up locations and require sign-out of the items.

Yes, you can use Myposte as home for your business and use it as registration address for your company.
Myposte will give you a proper and marketable business registration address. It works with ACRA and is usable soon after you sign-up.
Please note all subscriptions are handled and managed via our online subscription system as a default.
Should you be a corporate client wishing to handle your subscription via bank transfer we can have automatic invoices set-up for you.
Myposte by PlusConcept is a also a combination of a mail and postal services with prime and proper office locations.
A digital PO Box is a service that allows you to receive and manage your postal mail online. Instead of having a physical mailbox, you can rent a virtual mailbox with a digital PO Box provider.
You will receive email notifications through our MYPOSTE Mailbot system as soon as you receive mail.
An envelope scan is always attached, so you know what you are receiving.
By responding to our MAILBOT with FORWARD, you can request to have mailings forwarded to your address. We use your registered address unless otherwise requested.
You will receive a notification mail as soon as you receive mails. The notification is sent via our scanbot system and contains an image of your incoming items.
If you request SHRED, we will securely shred/recycle your mail item as soon as possible. Do note there won’t be any confirmation of shredding actions.
By responding to our MAILBOT with SCAN, you can request scans of letter content. Your plan includes an allowance of content scans.
If you request DEPOSIT, a cheque deposit with us for the first time. Do drop us a message after requesting and let us know, the below details to deposit your cheque:

You are required to provide us ID verification within 4 weeks of sign-up. Your account may be marked invalid if you fail to do so.
In case you don't require a mailbox anymore, we will be sad to see you go, but make the process easy for you.
You can cancel any time towards your next subscription term.
We are mainly a mail service provider. We allow some parcels and small deliveries.
