You will receive a notification mail as soon as you receive mails. The notification is sent via our mailbot system and contains an image of your incoming items.

The notifications are happening as soon we have the mails delivered by the mail service.

(Delivery times by the postal service are outside of our control)

The notifications are numbered and coded which also enables you to set-up specific notifications or folders in your email clients.

From here our mailbot lets you process the items as you wish. Or, you may drop by to collect.
