NOTICE OF CHANGE
We will try to accommodate your plan changes as fast as possible. Changes on monthly plans will affect from the following month.
If you are on monthly billing please notify us before the end of the month - as you system will charge beginning of the month according to your existing plan. Annual plans the month before renewal is due.

Fill out the form #F10 to get the process rolling.
#2 WE PLAN YOUR CHANGE WITH YOU
We'll get in touch to coordiante and help you with the move/change. Please pay attention to the moving out information if it is required
#3 AFTER SERVICE CANCELLATION
♳ Any unclaimed letters after 30 days of the termination/change period will be disposed
♳ Any authority letters will be returned to sender with a notification
♴ We ask you to remove our mailing address from any of your subscriptions or forwarding.
♵ IMPORTANT: Make sure all official authorities and businesses get notified
✖︎ If we receive any official ACRA, IRAS etc. mailings 30 days after your cancellation monthly rental charges will apply for the month of the mail received, as we consider this an active use of the address
*All mail services and especially official registrations and mailings need to be changed and cancelled within one month of the service end. As it appears our address is still exposed to authorities it is an requirement the plan stays active.
**REMINDER: If you plan to cancel please proceed with the immediate change of address as we are obliged to inform the authorities of a non existent business. Also note that there are relevant charges outstanding.
