In line with our exciting Myposte X Modules* collaboration, we are rolling out necessary systems, feature, receiving and security updates. The update is rolled out and live and for a smooth transition, you are required to update your Mypostebox details to assure delivery and functionality.

*Your PSM#, MYPOSTEBOX#, MYPOSTE#, PLUSCONCEPT#,

Do make sure the Myposte number at least is included in any location in the address to avoid delays and ensure proper delivery and assignment.

For ACRA registration make sure your unit number is stated as 02-11M as this is the only locator possible in the system.

We have weekly/biweekly collections scheduled for items still arriving at legacy locations transitionally, but are planning to phase these out by 31 August 2026.

Our recommendation for faster delivery is to update as soon as possible to assure prompt item delivery and fast notifications.
