Terms and conditions:

• Shortening of booking duration is not allowed on the day of event. Extension is allowed, subjected to availability of space.

• Hirers are allowed to enter venue only 10 minutes prior or later to booking timing, as the venue might used earlier on.

• Hirers are required to use facilities and property in venue responsibly. Repair fees may be imposed if property is damaged by hirer.

• Hirers are required to maintain cleanliness after usage, otherwise a cleaning fee may be imposed upon hirers.

• Please report all damages and spills.
