The physical office at 12 Purvis is reopened for self-collection.

Visitors required to scan the SafeEntry QR code
Temperature will be taken.
Temperature readings above 37.5 will be refused entry.
Self collection times are limited to 8:30am-5pm.

CIRCUIT BREAKER SUPPORT FEES UPDATE
To further support contactless handling, we will keep the reduced rates active as long as we are in phase 2 at least.
Start+ however will revert to the 1 free courtesy scan/month.

Extra SCAN (S$1) S$0.5 /scan up to 5 pages
Local FORWARD (S$1.50) S$1 /standard letter
CHEQUE DEPOSIT (S$5.50) S$4.50
(Multiple cheques at the same time others are FOC)
REGISTERED FORWARDING ADD-ON S$1.50
(There will be an add-on to all outgoing registered letters - due to additional time effort due to the Singpost restrictions)

There are a few changes, we have to follow under the one month Singapore circuit breaker regulations for now.

The physical office at 12 Purvis has to be closed to the public. The mail retention periods will only apply after the location is accessible again.

There is no self collection of mails and items.

> Relatively Normal Mail Processing.
We will continue to collect mails as usual and notify you.

There might be some delivery delays from the mail man side.

> Full Remote Service.
You can access your letters anytime by SCAN requests or FORWARDING requests.

We will process and store all new incoming mails remotely.

We are reducing the some fees for all our customers.

Only for very urgent items that are required physically, we may be able to find a solution for pickup/handover (if it can't be accomplished via SCAN, FORWARD or CHEQUE DEPOSIT and if it is safe)
