NOTICE OF MOVING
As a flexible workspace, we understand if you have to move on, but are of course sorry to see you go. If you have to move on or reduce the fixed desks to zero please fill out the details to give us the notification based on our T&Cs which are fair to give you short enough time to move on and us a fair notice to plan and market the desks.
REDUCTION IN FIXED DESKS
In case you have major changes in your occupancy of fixed desks please notify us in advance so we can plan the occupancy.
As per our fair use guidelines cancellations are strictly on monthly notice to the billing date which is the 25th of the month. If you notifiy us before the receipt of the next invoice (i.e. before the 25th), the cancellation is effective to the end of the following month.
Note: Billing before the 25th of APRIL for TERMINATION by 21st MAY. For private offices the rules as per private office agreement apply. For users with 4 or more desks a two month notification applies unless agreed otherwise.

We'll get in touch to coordiante and help you with the move/change. Please pay attention to the moving out information if it is required
#3 AFTER MOVE PROCESSING
Only for MOVING OUT
After the move has been completed, the keys have been returned and desks and items cleared, we will issue a credit note for the deposit which will be refunded within the next billing cycle (As a standard we will refund the same way you paid, ie credit card, paypal or into your account if we have your updated details). Please make sure to change the mailing address/Business address, alt. you may use our vistual mail service www.mypostebox.com on a monthly/yearly basis to keep your mailing address with remote app management. *THANKS
